When I called the toll free number and asked to speak to a doctor about my symptoms the care Conselou really said that it’s ok and I don’t need to speak to anyone until I get the symptoms but the report indicated that one of the results was not ok

Thank you for reaching out to us. Due to HIPAA we are unable to provide details or an adequate response regarding your results in this review response, however I can assure you the information that you received was accurate, and the test you are speaking about is not an STD specifically. Our director of patient services has reached out to you privately so we can help address your concerns in more detail.

Priority STD Testing is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone. They are quick, efficient, and with work with you personally to solve any problems that come up. They are competitively priced. They sent me email updates and everything came in on time. There process is secure and private, but not annoyingly overdone like some of the competitors. The whole process was seamless. A special thank you to Luke for going above and beyond to make sure I was informed and satisfied. Will be using them again.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like the issues you are describing are about the collection site you visited. Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest to fulfill our lab orders quickly and professionally, and if that is not the case then we will file a report with the PSC director to ensure corrective action is taken. To be clear, our system does not require you to "change locations", as indicated in your order confirmation email. All customer service inquiries should go through us (Priority STD), as you are being tested under our account with Quest, and they are unable to provide detailed support for our patients and our account, again which is included in your order email. We have no record of any interaction with you, and if you would have contacted us using the information from your order email, we could have resolved this quickly without all the headaches, which we are truly sorry to hear about. Your order email also includes a link to receive $20 off all future testing, and we hope you do choose to use us for any future testing needs. as our goal is to provide the best patient experience and support possible. Our director of patient services has reached out to you privately to address your concerns in more detail so we can file a thorough report with Quest to ensure corrective action is taken.
