Everything went well, except the estimated wait time at the facility was 8 minutes and it was more like an hour. Other than that, it was good. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Although we are a completely separate company from Quest, we expect them to provide the most up to date information on their website. We have no control over the wait times they list, which nearly always reflect accurate wait times. We're glad everything else went well with our order, and hope you update your review based on our service, not of the collection site's time difference.

The staff was friendly, courteous and patient. I was made to feel comfortable as I did have a little anxiety. Will use their services again when lab work is needed.
