PrintRunner ALWAYS does an excellent job. Their site is very easy to navigate through and create labels, stickers, flyers, you name it. I am not tech savvy by any means, and they always make my designs look great before the final print. They have done my printing for the last 4-5 years, maybe longer, and I have no plans to go anywhere else. My latest order was this month, 11/2024, and it arrived about 15 days ahead of schedule!

We placed our order for letterheads, notepads, and rack cards. Rack cards were great! We wish we could say the same about our letterheads and notepads. We had to request letterheads be reprinted since there was drops of different colors throughout the footer. Our notepads were delivered with different colors throughout the order, some were slightly a different color while others had a completely different undertone changing our brand color. PrintRunner re-printed our letterheads and they were perfect the second time around (not disparity in colors either). When we tried to discuss the notepads, and their lack of quality and consistency in comparison, their customer service never reached back to discuss. They simply issued a 20% refund with an email explaining they had discussed with their production manager and everything was within industry standard. We had ordered thousands of notepads and they made the decision on a couple of pictures sent of a single box. Our entire order was affected with examples of low quality and completely different colors in more than half of our order. It can be understood not every pad is going to be exactly the same, but for colors to be so significantly different throughout cannot be excused by 'industry standards'. We wish our first experience with PrintRunner would've been better but from lack of proper communication to poor quality of materials to now being stuck with thousands of notepads we can't use or return doesn't help us want to order from the site again. We tried to reach out to support to explain they are not usable, and we cannot keep them in our small office, but they have not responded; leaving us stuck a large number of poor quality printed materials. Maybe if they had done a little more to rectify the situation we would be more open to ordering from the site again but it is not likely.

I have been a happy PrintRunner customer for almost seven years. The first time I used their printing service, I tested them against another print company. PrintRunner's quality and color of the final printed piece were far superior, and I have been with them ever since.

ORDERING PROCESS WAS EASY, WORTH WHAT I PAID, AND THEY LOOK GREAT. SHIPPING FASTER THAN I EXPECTED.

I ordered rounded corners. I hope the art is better centered when you replace the order.
