FRAUDULENT COMPANY ! Do not order from this company! Their sizes are not correct. They ignore you if you have a problem . They get their money from you and they are done. I wish I had read all of the other bad reviews this company has.

I'm still waiting to hear from Printnest on a Hawaiian shirt I ordered. I've called no answer, sent emails with no correspondence back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their advertised sizing is 2 sizes off from actual CHINESE low budget material items. Shipping label has NO real return address. No one answers the phone or email regarding refunds. STAY AWAY!!!

I placed an order on June 18th for a hat for a gift and was told it would ship in 7-9 days. Today is June 24th and the label has been created but it still has no tracking and has not left the facility and I have no eta on delivery date. I’ve emailed customer service 3 TIMES (in an email I was told I could respond to wth any and all questions about my order), and zero response. All I can see is that the item now looks to be shipping from China, so when will it actually arrive? Certainly not within promised ship time or gift date, unfortunately. I would suggest leaving PLENTY OF TIME (3 weeks?) and won’t trust that anyone will care to get back with definite answers or concerns. Terrible customer service!!!

I just placed my first order with this company. My rating has nothing to do with whether they'll get me that product in a reasonable amount of time or not, or if it's a decent quality product. It has to do with being asked for a tip at checkout. What exactly, are the employees doing that justifies them asking for a tip? Does Printnest underpay their employees, forcing them to panhandle the customers? Honestly, it was offensive. It made me want to stop what I was doing right then and there, but I really wanted the hat. It's unlikely I'll buy anything from them again though.

Got a beautiful bathroom rug of our golden retriever. Super soft, and nice grippy bottom. Fast shipping and great customer service!

I ordered a lamp that I was not happy with the quality. The printing was very light, so much so that you really couldn't see the album images. I contacted the company and they initially responded, but when I asked the steps on how to make a return they did not respond. I sent several emails and heard nothing. Waste of money.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the company you are referring to is not us. Our company operates as Printnest.com; we sell only to other resellers and do not sell directly to end customers. Additionally, blankets, lamps, or similar products are not part of our product range. Another company is impersonating us under the name Printnest.co and selling products, and their website does not provide customer service or contact information. The necessary legal actions have been initiated regarding this matter.
