The deal was incredible and much less than anywhere else. However, they did not fill my order until I called them myself and asked about the status. Then they tried to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. I am okay with them trying to sell me additional stuff, but the fact that I had to initiate the call first was very strange. It's not clear to me if they would have eventually called me, but I called them several days after first placing the order.

Primotronix came through with the exact Nikon lens I was looking for at the best price I could find. They called to verify the order and provided me with additional products which were on a previous sale to complete items I would have otherwise looked for elsewhere. Staff were informative, pleasant and expedited the order promptly. I will look to them for future purchases and recommend them to others. s.t.crook

Found the shop through Google shopping as it had the best price for the Nikon D3100. The website was clunky, cluttered and looks like something someone coded as a class homework assignment. The ordering process was okay. Had to call them to verify something which was a little annoying and delayed my order. Finally, when I had customer service on the phone, he asked if I wanted to buy a battery and made it sound like the camera I had ordered didn't come with one. I'm glad I declined, because the camera did. When the camera finally arrived, it was in good condition and is what I wanted. Overall, I'm happy with the price, but would prefer to shop somewhere else.

I ordered a new digital camera on December 23rd through the PrimoTronix website, which stated item was in stock. After two weeks of waiting and no camera, I called the customer service just to find out the item had NOT been in stock when I placed the order. I had some issues getting a hold of customer service but once I got a human on the phone, the representative was fairly polite, very pushy as he tried to sell me all kinds of things to go with my camera even after I told him I did NOT want anything but the camera. At the time of this phone call, the camera I had ordered was once again in stock and they shipped it out right away. I got my order quickly. After placing my original review, which wasn't a good one, I received a call from Primotronix asking what they could do to help me change my mind and change the review to a more positive one because bad reviews hurt their overall customer experience. They offered to send me a free battery for the camera I had ordered if I changed my review. I said sure, why not. A few days went by, I had not had a chance to update my review and I received another call from Primotronix saying that I had not changed the review but the battery had been scheduled to ship the next morning. Basically they were hounding me to change my review. I promised to get on the internet that evening and change it. I did. Now we're living February '13 and I never got the battery. This is a bunch of bull shit in my opinion. Why run a business with an online store when you can't keep it updated? Why do they have to keep pushing items on a customer when they were told "NO, I don't want it" several times. I understand that it is a sales persons job to sell things, but there's a limit to everything. I have worked in sales myself. When a customer gives you a clear no, don't be obnoxious. And all the phone calls I received? I was pretty much bribed with a free battery to change my review and DIDN'T get the battery. BAD BUSINESS! I won't order from Primotronix again and definitely won't recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a camera body with ease via the internet. The process was easy and the delivery was on time with the product I ordered. I would buy from them again in the future.

Even though there was a temporary qlick in the processing of my order they owned up to the mistake and I was more than happy with the service I received after the qlick was taken care of. What I ordered came when they said it would and I am pleased with the product I bought.

They were backed up due to Hurricane Sandy but upon calling customer service, Charles, was very helpful and is getting my Canon lens shipped out to me right away. It was much appreciated to get great customer service like this!

I got a great price from Primotronix, and they have really good customer service. There was an issue with my order and they fixed it quickly and gave me free expedited shipping (in exchange for a Facebook review...)
