Ivan Banis is a great asset in your company. He was very patient searching our convenient schedule flight. He is friendly and works professionally. I will purchase tickets with him again in the future. Great job Ivan.

Elena’s due diligence on flight classes and flight times was expertly handled, even sending me pictures of what seats were reserved. She came across with empathy and patience. The booking experience calmed my nerves and She made sure I thoroughly understood my itinerary.

This was my first time using Prime Flights, and it was soo easy! Larry was absolutely AMAZING! He was soo patient with my one million questions. I was booking for my family of 10 so we had soo many changes before we finally got to our final booking. I HIGHLY recommend Prime Flights! I am already planning our next trip. We will definitely use them for all of our future travel! Thank you Larry for being soo AMAZING!

David Young did a great job quoting a very complex & ever changing itinerary multiple times! Very friendly and tenaciously pursuing me while proving he could save us money, get answers while solving what we thought were problems!

The agent that helped me was Logan. He was very patient, kind and understanding. I talked to many other companies but because of those great qualities I went with this company and they were great. Thank you Logan for being and excellent agent.
