Customer service was great, even offering solutions to problems I didn't think my formatting would overcome. Overall, very satisfied with the support. The product turned out great as well.

I migrated to PrestoPhoto when Apple gave up their book production. There have been many projects since then, always with good support from the Presto team. Thank you for your dedication!

Good afternoon, Jessica, Thank you so much for your order and feedback! I see you had some printing issues and wondered if you would mind sending us a few photos of the concerns. You can even use a camera phone to take a quick snap! Once we receive the images, we will be able to investigate this to find the cause. :) You can email those photos to us at: [email protected] Thanks for your assistance! PrestoPhoto Support

I was very happily surprised at how easy it was to upload my holiday photo compilation, which I’d created via Apple Pages, for a physical photo book to be printed and delivered by PrestoPhoto. The whole process from start to finish was straightforward. There is a book preview facility from which I could see that I needed to change the layout of a few photos, but again the process of re-editing and then re-uploading was quick & easy. I have been very impressed with PrestoPhoto and am looking forward to receiving my photo book in due course. The only thing that I hadn’t noted until I reached checkout is it will take 4-8 weeks to ship to the UK but I am sure it will be worth the wait. (Note: There are upgrade options to choose faster shipping).
