Just got robbed, topped up 10 euros...but was now charged with 49 euros for no reason. Had to cancel my card and file a complaints. Of which, maybe no refund will be given to me . Watch out. REAL SCAM

16/08/25 senza aver dato nessuna autorizzazione. Ho fatto una ricarica di 20 euro Ho, pensando fosse il sito ufficiale e dopo qualche giorno mi sono trovato un addebito di euro 44 senza aver dato autorizzazione o per aver confermato in nessun modo un abbonamento con questi truffatori PREPAID BILL. Farò sicuramente denuncia alla ps postale, segnalare.

The pending payment has now been returned to my bank account (probably after this review was passed on), prepaidbill claiming there's a problem with my phone company. I find the ID submission and verfication procedure highly suspicious. I still do not trust this business even after the refund. This business has now implemented a verification procedure requiring ID submission, watch out for that. I suspect this entire business including the verification is simply a scam. I have a payment pending after this "verification" was submitted twice. I am going to leave this for a few days and see how it goes. As of today, however, prepaidbill.com is a zero star I can't do the review with zero stars that's the only reason my review is a one.

Scammers. Two payments made none posted. How are they even active??
