Premium SaunasReviews of premiumsaunas.com

Es muy avanzado 📡

Quality product, very happy with design & function, I would’ve given 5 stars if the instructions were better.

Shipping was cheap and the customer service experience was great

Great sauna. Easy to put together for two people.

Juan has been absolutely fantastic to work with! I have had several questions about my Harvia sauna stove and he is very knowledgeable. Thanks, Juan!!

Kept me informed, order was processed and no surprises. I've ordered from other sauna company and premium saunas delivered great customer service. Thank you!!

So far so good and as I’m typing this the delivery driver is here!!!!! I only ordered this 9 days ago and it’s here in its entirety….. Amazing. Customer service and sales have been brilliant with a special shout out to David and Carlos whom educated me and helped me throughout the whole purchase process… they also gave me a cheeky little discount to close the deal…. 🙏 A+++

I ordered a heater for a custom sauna that I am building. The personal service that I received was exceptional. I asked a few questions, and everyone was friendly and professional. They did some research to see if the specific model that I ordered was compatible with the controller that I wanted. I spoke and texted with actual humans who seemed as vested in it as I was. I’m not one to write reviews, but ordering from here just felt right! Plus, it was the best price I could find and it came with free shipping. Everything arrived quickly, as expected, and in great shape.
