I recently used one of their parking lots. For some reason the receipt did not come across when my session ended. It's a business expense so I needed the receipt for accounting. Kimberly was very helpful in proving my receipt even a couple weeks after I had been there. Appreciate the customer service.

My experience was great by Kimberly the customer service agent. She was so quick in addressing the issue, knowing how I needed help, and speaking to me like a human. The app could use a little work, and navigating the telephone prompts only to receive an invoice link, and no option to dispute in the link, was quite frustrating. Kimberly deserves 5 stars, not the current parking system provided by premium. I'd prefer to take a ride share than park in a lot that automatically sends you a violation and requires you to dispute it.
