The app is good to use. The only problem I had was the amount of the fee they wanted me to pay when I went over my time. The resolution was great. They gave me a complimentary lower price that's why I gave it 4 stars.

I found the app a little awkward to use when it came to entering start and end dates and times. I also found a glitch in which the start time always reset to 9 pm. Micah from customer support was able to help create a reservation for me when I was unable to get around this problem. So, I give the app a 2 out of 5 and Micah a 10 out of 5.

My experience with the $90 parking fee was ironed out with the parking organization and reduced to $20. For some reason they did not see I paid for the parking. There was a question of what vehicle I was driving as I had a BMW loaner. I paid for parking but it did not register. With our discussions and my proof of payment the fee was reduced to an admin fee of $20 at the end. The staff was caring and professional as I was very upset over this unexpected charge to park.

Had a small issue with a parking violation and their app could be made a bit more user-friendly, BUT their customer service was very responsive. Much appreciated!

It’s really expensive but my company pays for it so oh well. I tried to be frugal and not book more time than I needed but the rates for less than 24 hours are worse so might as well just book in 24 hour increments even if you only need 2.5 days. But getting re-issued my receipt to get reimbursed was a breeze! Customer service quickness and ease was so refreshing!

Lost my card in a crevice in my vehicle and called customer service for a replacement. Overall, I was satisfied with the call center customer service representatives. I spoke to one on Saturday and one after normal customer service hours on Monday. They were polite, left messages with local property management office, and hopefully local property management will leave a new card with the attendant sooner than later. This is one of those times when I wish there was a local number to call, even just voice mail.

Was having an issue with scheduling parking in the future. Called Customer service and spoke to Sharmaine. She was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. My issued was resolved in a few minutes.

UPDATE: After the review I submitted below, Premium Parking did reach out and offer a full refund. I appreciate their effort and raised my rating from 1 to 4 stars. For 5 stars, they would need to do something policy wise to make the app easier to understand, allow stopping early for multi-day stays, or otherwise amend their policy. But still, good on them for trying to make things better. Recently had to use this app because the hotel we stayed at contracted with them. On arrival, with luggage, a sick family member, exhausted, I had to sign up quickly. I wasn't sure how long we were staying so I took a guess at 6 days. Medical things happened and we had to leave on the 4th day. Not only no refund, just a reprint of the fine print about no refunds. I will also be contacting the owners of the lot they are managing. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. AVOID PARKING IN THEIR LOTS!!!
