Dear Mr. Stewart, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by receiving a chipped bottle. At Preet’s Barrel, we always strive to provide the best possible experience, and it’s clear that we missed the mark in this instance. There seems to have been some confusion regarding the chipped bottle. At the time, we weren’t aware that it was meant as a gift, and we can understand how this added to your frustration. Initially, we offered a $10 discount, but we recognize that this wasn’t sufficient given the circumstances. To make this right, we would be happy to offer you either a replacement bottle or a full refund—whichever you prefer. Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we will take care of it promptly. We greatly value your business and hope to have the opportunity to make this up to you. Kind regards, Harpawan Singh Co-Founder
