Recently purchased a very expensive bottle of Grey Goose vodka. When it was delivered the bottle was wrapped in saranwrap and bubble wrap. When I unpackaged it I found the label was falling apart and the bottle was leaking and the cork was loose. I emailed pictures and a video as well as left 2 messages however nobody returned my attempts to reach anyone. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE

They messed up my order, and they refuse to answer my emails requesting resolution. It's been 2 weeks now. A dispute has been filed with my creditor.

I have sent you and email and you failed to respond. The product was damage and I could not give as the gift I intended. That was an expensive loss. Listen learned.

DO NOT BUY HERE! My first time buying with them and I purchased bottles of Moët. ALL were flat. I emailed 3 times and left repeated messages. When they did answer, the tone was unbelievable. They immediately accused me of lying “everyone says they’re flat, how do we know they were flat, why did you open them all of one was flat”. I had a dinner party. This man on the phone was just grossly rude. Buy here if you can burn money. They hung up on me. That was how this interaction ended. Unbelievable.

One of the bottles of JW Dant was shipped laying flat. Half of the bottle leaked out creating quite a mess and strong odor that lasted for days in the house.
