The main thing that I like most is that you are not scamming me. Every order I have made I have received. The only thing that makes me not order more is the price of shipping. I would like to order more from you but the shipping makes the price seem overpriced once it’s added to the price of the product.

FEDEX wasn't very good in terms of making the delivery and keeping me informed. In fact, they misrepresented whether they actually made "attempted delivery on the 2nd and 3rd attempts.

Items arrived very fast and as described. Not packaged that greatly though. No damage to the bottles but there was a collector’s tin that was noticeably banged up and even after trying to fix it it’s still noticeable.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad your items arrived quickly, but we’re sorry about the collector’s tin. We’ll work on improving our packaging. Please reach out if we can assist further! Best regards, Preet's Barrel

Consider A New Shipper
The pricing is reasonable, their packaging is excellent, and their selection is outstanding, but I wish they’d use UPS, FEDEX is totally unreliable. They have messed up two of the last three shipments. FedEx customer service is so poor, it’s almost non-existent.
Response from Preet's Barrel· Nov 4, 2024
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you appreciated our pricing, packaging, and selection. We apologize for the inconvenience happened with your order. Your experience is important to us, and we'll seriously consider shipping options to improve reliability and ensure a smoother delivery process in the future. Thank you for helping us get better! Expensive
I am Glad that I found the whisky I was looking for but it’s expensive and not sure if it’s worth the price paying for , bought Mac Allan 12, 1.75 L that I would normally spend close to 180$, spent about 240. The service was great, quick shipping but they charge for shipping and also insurance !
Response from Preet's Barrel· Oct 11, 2024
We’re glad you found the Macallan 12 you were looking for and that you had a positive experience with our service. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you for your support, and we hope to serve you again! Best regards, Preet's Barrel Team
