They sent the wrong bottle, and I’m currently still waiting for them to send me a shipping label so I can send it back in order for them to ship the new bottle, waiting a month for a shipping label is a little ridiculous

Packaged terrible! Label was broken and topper canted to point almost off completely.

Ordered four different bottles of whiskey, and they sent me three correct ones, but the fourth was a duplicate of another bottle. So I called them and they said that they would send me a label to send it back, figured that wouldn't take too long. But still waiting.

box it came in was destroyed and the wax seal was laying in the bottom of the box, only a small portion had leaked out.

Sent an email asking if they had a specific Midleton whiskey, confusing response to the question but provided me a link. Turns out wrong bottle, said they will be offering me a return, but I am out the shipping cost and I’m still waiting to get the process underway. I expect with the holidays and shipping time I might see my refund in a month if I’m lucky. Even trying to prevent this I somehow am out $40, a gift and a month without & $400.. How long does it take to create a shipping label? Seems like something that could be done in a day… been almost a week

Easy to order and bottle came well-packaged and on time. Unfortunately for a $100+ bottle of whiskey, the label was half peeled off - looked cheap. This was to be a gift, so I couldn't accept that. I asked Preet's for help on rectifying the problem, no response so far

I didn’t receive the full package, just the bottle. Customer service is great and shipping was fast. When I ordered 3 bottle of scotch I didn’t receive the packaging for the bottles. So buyer beware.
