The platform is free for real estate professionals and their teams to use. Users get a unique link to their online rental application which they can email or text to a tenant. The tenant fills out the online application and uploads their paperwork. We notify both parties when the application is submitted. Real estate professionals can review the renters application, run credit reports, criminal background checks and eviction history. Filling out the applications takes a bit of time and patience, but the process is made simpler by the fact that everything is completed in one step. At the end, they request payment for the background check there’s no need to go anywhere else. It’s all handled in one shot.
