Not only did my puppy get sent to the wrong state! She was locked in her kennel for 18 hours !!! Her travel time was 5am, she was due to arrive to me 10:30 that morning! However that didn’t happen!!! She was lost in the airlines. They flew her through America airlines which premier pet transport switched up her paperwork with another dog also being flown out of Indiana. When we arrived to the airline to pick up our baby it wasn’t her!!!! It was a yorkie ! Mind you we were picking up a goldendoodle!!! When we called premier pet transport there was no urgency at all the guy raliey we spoke to tried to assure me that everything would be fine! But it wasn’t!!! My anxiety was so high! The whole ordeal definitely gave me mental anguish. So after we confronted them it was too late my pup was on her way to Virginia!!! There was a lady at the airlines who went above and beyond her job to find my baby! After all the time in her kennel without a bathroom break long story short she arrived 11:30pm that night! We were so happy to finally have her home with us! I would never ever recommend nor trust PREMIER PET TRANSPORT again! They didn’t even call me after the ordeal to see how me nor my baby was doing after their big mix up ! How horrible

We understand your frustration and disappointment with the situation. It's never ideal to encounter unexpected issues when receiving your new puppy. All proper steps and paperwork were completed by our employees. Your puppy was checked in with American Airlines with the correct paperwork going to the correct location. However, after the check-in was completed, an error was made, and your puppy was shipped to the incorrect location. The puppy that it was mixed up with was another puppy on the same outbound flight. My guess would be that an airline attendant took the paperwork out on the pups to review and put it back in the wrong bag. It's hard to say for sure but what I am sure of is that the correct puppies were in the correct carrier at check in. There is a multi-step check-in to ensure that. Once the puppy is checked-in, we have no further involvement, and any error would be out of our hands. We are confident that American Airlines ensured the wellbeing of your new puppy per USDA laws and guidelines that includes removing puppies from their kennel, food, and water. We apologize for the frustration caused by our lack of communication. We followed the protocol set in place with the company you purchased your puppy from. Once the issue was brought to our attention, we worked diligently to provide all new travel updates to them to relay. We did not want to also reach out and cause additional stress or confusion. We are very sorry that this caused any anxiety or mental anguish. We strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience and value all our customers. This is not common, and we will be addressing the matter with our AA representative and seeking a refund for your puppy's flight to return to you. Again, we are very sorry and all though you are placing the blame on us this was out of our hands. We are happy to take responsibility for our shortcomings and failures. It's how we learn and improve our services. We will update once we hear back from AA on your flight refund.
