Only problem was no fault of Powerstep. Ordered wrong size and had to send back and reorder another size. LOVE sandals!! Wish there were more colors.

I had doubled my order by mistake so when the orders were delivered I refused one of the orders and, have of yet, have not received a refund.

My feet and legs used to hurt all the time. My Dr. prescribed powersteps two years ago and I have no more pain, Period . Don't know what else to say, except, THEY WORK FOR ME.

Customer service is great with prompt shipping and returns if necessary. Various products fit different feet. I have a low arch and need moderate to firm cushioning and support. Too much cushion is not for my foot.

As one gets old, it great to have the Powerstep extra cushion.
