Great Insoles. I was having problems with plantar fasciitis and tried insoles from several different companies. These are the only ones that did not hurt and relieved my symptoms. I highly recommend them!

Hi Mo, I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. Our products have a lifetime guarantee against breakage of the polypropylene shell inside. All products do have a product life and we recommend replacing every 6-12 months depending on usage and activity level. Please contact me at [email protected] and I will coordinate a one-time courtesy replacement of this product for you. I will need the style and size purchased. Regards, Jennifer Hoane VP, Marketing and Customer Service
