Simple ordering on-line with no mysteries. I love the Powerstep products as they relieve pain for me in my ankles and arch.

Great products! I wish that you would allow the public to purchase any of your products without have to go to a podiatrist or chiroprator. One of you best products cannot be purchased by an individual. Diane Woodard

Amazing product! I have loose ligaments, a fractured lower spine, two knees that need surgery due to military injuries, and a slew of other problems and your insoles and sandals have been easing the pain since I started using them. Each day even discomfort is lessened. I’m 32 and have gotten both of my parents hooked on your insoles also. Thank you! It’s worth every penny and then some!

Called company because I was unhappy with product. Rep made a suggestion for a different model & facilitated free replacement. I am happy with the replacement.

Great orthotic insoles! I have a few variations of their products and each works better than expected.
