I purchased the inserts for use in my hiking boots and dress shoes for work. I am recovering from a stress fracture in my foot and the inserts have helped tremendously. The inserts were recommended by a local running store. The support is amazing being that I have high arches and my feet do not hurt at the end of the day. I have the standard inserts for work and powerstep pinnacle for my hiking boots.

Powerstep maintains its cushioning longer than other similarly priced inserts , and is very confortable with or without socks.
