This is not a negative review of powersteps insoles they are good. But they use fedex for delivery and fedex did not deliver my order even though they said they did. So unless powerstep offers another choice for shipping than fedex i will no longer by from powerstep online.

I have been wearing orthotic inserts , shoes and sandals for 13 years. I tried powerstep inserts and they have made difference in comfort and support that the other brands were not able to accomplish.

I have a job that requires constant walking and physical activity. With plantar fasciitis, this can be excruciating. Wearing the Pinnacle insoles dramatically cuts down my overall pain. My first set of insoles lasted about 6 months with constant and exhaustive use. I was so grateful they were so trustworthy for that time, and I was more than ready to give PowerStep my business again when I purchased my next set of insoles.

I was diagnosed by a foot surgeon as having both plantar fasciitis, & heel spurs. Following more testing, I was given a prescription for script insoles. I bought two pairs, (one pair for my work shoes, & one pair for non-work shoes) for around $500 for both pairs. ...... I had previously tried pretty much ALL of the other over the counter stuff. ..... Being a High School Football Official for 37 years, I also wanted a pair for my FB cleats, but I didn't want to buy another pair, and I also didn't want to destroy one of my other two script pair. ....... I decided to try a pair of PowerSteps. They achieve and exceed my prescription insoles performance for less than $50 per pair! ...... I no longer buy the script insoles, but use PowerSteps instead. ...... This last pair I bought was for my 85 year old mother who needed more support. ..... She's now a fan as well. -RP-
