The fit and comfort is so much better. I am flat foot and walk 20-25 miles a week. This gives me the extra support I need to walk 5 days a week. My heel has stop hurting and my arch feels better too. I highly recommend them.

My Orthopedic Doctor recommended Powersteps before EXPENSIVE Custom Inserts and they work fine for me. I had Plantar Fasciitis and through stretching exercises, icing and the Powerstep insetrs the pain is all but gone. If I keep up the routine and use the Powerstep inserts I'm sure I'll be back to zero pain in no time.

I learned about power step from my Doctor. I bought a set from him then found them on line. The inserts have helped with my plantar fasciitis. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I have done extensive hiking and have always replaced the original shoes' insoles with Powerstep insoles. I have never had blisters wearing these insoles. In addition, they give good support for my high arches.

Very happy to have discovered Powerstep. Saved me from spending a lo t of money on arched supports. Made my feet and back feel wonderful. My second pair. Mailordered because my local store did not have any of my size in stock (O'Bryan's Healthcare) and did not know seem to know when they would reorder. Mail Order was easy and quick.
