I have arch/heel problems and got custom orthotics for years. At the suggestion of a Podiatrist, I tried Power Step and they are better for heel pain and general foot comfort at a fraction of the cost than the custom orthotics. The Pinnacle Maxx is the best for me because it gives the most support, and since I have narrow feet, the extra cushioning fills my shoe. I have a pair for each shoe that I have.

The splint came within a few days of ordering. This item is easy to put on and not uncomfortable to sleep in.

The only reason I received my product is because I called the company one week after I made the online order. It seems there is a problem with customer service and ordering online? When I called it took Tracy a couple of hours to find my order? But once company knew there was a problem they jumped right in and made sure I received my product. The company may want to try another shipping method also. FedX claimed they delivered but they didn't. When Tracy called FedX they told it was delivered to the door. When the rep from FedX called she told me it was delivered to Condo office. Was not delivered at all. I will not use FedX again.

My chiropodist recommended Powerstep suggesting an appropriate model. The purchase was easy to make even though I am not accustomed to buying online. I phoned the office with a question and was helped promptly and politely. I have been using this product very successfully for a month. I have made a slight adjustment to the left foot; that is the one affected to the plantar fasciitis; but it is all working out quite well. I am very happy and I would make this purchase again.
