I have neurological and orthopedic issues, and I have worn the Powerstep Pinnacle and Pinnacle Maxx. Both provide good support, with the Pinnacle Maxx providing extra support in the heel. Although I was disappointed the Powerstep insole/"orthotic" lasted only 7 months, I purchased another pair. I am considering going back to the Dr. Scholls, as the longevity of the product is the same and the quality similar.

Love the pinnacle maxx inserts I got. Great for my plantar fasciitis. I tried a lot of inserts and most failed to help my foot problem or last 3 months and I have to buy a new ones. I play a lot of basketball and run out doors and the quality of the inserts last. I'll be a customer for life.

These inserts into my sneakers for plantar fasciitis have helped my feet immensely. I had to gradually work up to wearing them all day, as advised. But they make a big difference in alleviating the chronic pain from plantar fasciitis.

No more plantar fasciitis pain for a reasonable price. I bought several pairs.

I received my pair of insoles about a month ago and couldn't be more pleased. I've had plantar fasciitis for about a year, and it is likely my fault I've gone this long without being completely pain free. I love running and just can't force myself to stop for a long period of time. When I began seeing a Podiatrist last September, he created custom inserts for me. They helped me get better, but they just felt riggid and uncomfortable. I recently saw a study on line that supported prefabricated inserts over custom made. I decided to give it a try and I ordered the pinnacle. Once I put these in my boots for work, I immediately felt the difference. They are supportive, yet comfortable. I've tried Spencos too, and they are good, but the Pinnacle seems to offer more of a soft feel when you walk. I think it is due to the bottom layer being a thin soft foam that makes contact with the inside of your shoe. This is better than others that have the sturdy plastic that makes contact with the inside of your shoe. The Pinnacle offers some shock absorption when you walk due to this. Overall, great investment.

My husband has used these insoles for years. They are the only one that gives him the comfort and support that he needs to do the construction work that he does. Before we found the Pinnacle he had sore feet and legs every day. Now his feet feel great every day!

Last summer I broke almost every bone in my left foot, so with that injury comes all sorts of added problems. It was recommended by my doctor and physical therapist to buy insoles from Power Step, and I purchased them. It went from feeling like I had a nail stuck in my foot, to almost no pain at all. If you have foot pain, I highly recommend this product.
