I have owned my PowerSmart DB7659-22 snow blower for 12+ years. Overall, it has done an excellent job over the years and still starts very easily using the electric start. I have replaced a few parts. For example, this winter the chute holder broke during use (which sent the chute flying across the driveway). I decided to order two replacements plus a few other spare parts. The shipment arrived timely but part of the order was missing (including the second chute holder). I made (3) attempts to contact Customer Support about the short shipment. I received NO response to any of my inquiries so I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company who credited me my money back. Many other reviews also indicate how poor the Customer Support is for this company. I will continue to use my snow blower for as long as I can get parts for it but I'm not sure I would buy another PowerSmart product knowing the limited (nonexistent) support that is available.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve faced. We’re glad to hear that your DB7659-22 snow blower has served you well over the years, but we’re truly sorry to learn about the missing items in your recent order and the lack of response from our support team. This is not the experience we want any of our customers to have, and we take your feedback very seriously. We’re currently reviewing our support processes to ensure situations like this are addressed more promptly moving forward. If you’re still in need of any assistance or would like us to revisit your case, please feel free to reach out again—we would be happy to help make things right. Thank you again for your loyalty and for bringing this to our attention.

We had ordered a generator our full address was not put on and we didn't Know that and I tried to Contact them with no success couple times Waiting on the phone just to get Hung up on They did send us tracking information that we weren't aware of and they have refunded our Money. I don't know what kind of product they sell. We had a bad experience. We went and read reviews. And then we got scared and kind of freaked out. But some part we are in the wrong because we did give the wrong address. And they did give our money back like I said, I don't know about their products so I can't say anything.I also was a new customer but just wanted to say what happened. Forgot. To say sorry for jumping to conclusions , thank you.

Hey everyone, this is not so much of a review this time but it's more of an update. Since posting my review, someone from Powersmart did finally actually respond to me via email and we did get my problem resolved. Although I did my money back, I'm not sure that I would buy anything from this company again until they get their stuff straight and drastically improve their customer service! There is absolutely no excuse for the way they treat their customers and not answering calls and come up with lame excuses that their phones don't work. Good luck to everyone else.
