Got a used iPhone, It looked almost brand new and I love it! The price was fair and I got it very quick. Also this is the forth place that I ordered a used iPhone from and the only one that actually sent me one and did not cancel my order for stock problems or some other reason they came up with.

A couple of years ago I purchased a MacBook Pro from you. It arrived quickly and it hasn't had any problems. The cost of it was much less (including shipping) than any other competitors. Last week I bought a new G5 from you, and have the same experiences as mentioned above. There is only one problem that I have . . . and I have to go somewhere else to have it remedied. . . that is, the migration of my old files and apps from my older G5. Question: How can this problem be fixed? PS: The Power Supply on my old Mac is dead. Due to that, can it still migrate without the power? If so, please let me know how it can be done. One Last Thing---If your company would do it for myself and others, the cost of shipping both computers back and forth will be quite an expense for either PowerMac or the Customer. How can this be rectified without hurting either you or us?

Thank you for posting your review, as well as your question, which is a good one. When the power supply failed in the G5, Target Disk Mode ceases to be an option for the purpose of migration. The good news is that should both of these units be G5 PowerMac towers, a simple solution exists. Each G5 tower has space internally for two 3.5" SATA drives. You should be able to remove the drive from the machine with the failed power supply. It requires no tools to do this. Just open the side panel, flip up the grey plastic drive retainer lever, and gently pull the power and signal cables off the backplane of the drive. The drive should be able to slide right out into your hands. Reverse this process with the functioning G5 tower, but into the second drive bay (below the primary). Once you power the functioning one up, you should see two drives on the desktop. Immediately, go into /Applications/Utilities, and launch Migration Assistant. The migration option you'll need to complete this process, is "From another Disk/Time Machine." That should all applications, and user folders onto the boot drive. Should you run into any difficulties, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Bought a used iMac in late '09, perfectly satisfied ever since. Recently when I saw the PowerMax special on used iPads I knew I couldn't say no. Via telephone ordering, Honor Arnold made the whole deal painless and easy. Delivery was prompt, the item seemingly flawless, I cannot speak highly enough of PowerMax offerings and operations.

Ordered a computer about 3 years ago. When I called to inquire about a used ipad for my mother, the sales associated remembered me from our previous discussions. I was assured the used ipad was in good condition, and it was. No issues thus far. Mom loves the ability to email without kicking my Dad off his computer. She's happy, I'm happy.

I have never heard of your company but after engaging in a purchase, I am very satisfied. I chose your company because of your backup warranty program even tho I am not high on warranties. So far the machine has performed as advertised and was sold as described. Thank You for the honesty. We sure need more of it these days.
