Hi Eb, We’re really sorry for the frustration and distress this situation has caused you. We completely understand why you feel this way, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. After conducting a thorough review, we were able to locate your pledge and look into the full history. On Dec 24, 2025, a chargeback was filed on your order, including both the Kickstarter pledge and the shipping survey. Because of this, the order was automatically placed on hold, and we were unable to proceed with shipment while the dispute was still open. After seeing your comment on Friday, we immediately reached out to Kickstarter to check the latest status and confirmed that the dispute has now been resolved. As soon as we received that confirmation, we arranged shipment right away and also contacted you via the three email addresses you previously used to reach us. At the time of writing this message, your package should already have been delivered. We sincerely hope you’ve received it safely. We’re very sorry again for the delay and the lack of clarity during this process. We understand how upsetting this must have been. If you have any remaining concerns or need any assistance at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at [email protected]. We’re here to help and will make sure you’re taken care of.

Hi Emily, thank you for your long-term trust and recommendation! 😊 We’re especially glad to hear your unit served you well for years. A motor replacement after 3 years of heavy use is actually a good sign of durability, but we’ll keep working to make it even better.

Hi Meghan, thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled your six cats adapted so well. For the litter kicking issue, you’re absolutely right—it’s more about cat behavior, but we’re always exploring ways to improve litter containment and design. Really appreciate the thoughtful suggestion!
