Hey Cristiana, While most of our customers are happy, I can understand you might not be fully satisfied with the print quality if you expected prints to come out like what you can get from a photograph. For info you purchased the L1 version and did not purchase the L2 Instant HD version. The entry level version is most recommended for scrapbooking and journaling while the HD version is recommended to print HD pictures. However, the entry-level version can be better at printing some specific types of images and it is not as good at printing other kinds of pictures and you could give it a second chance by printing out some of our free printables optimized for thermal printing, directly here from our Pinterest board: https://www.pinterest.com/poooliprint/printables/ Also, we would love to make this right to you so feel free to contact us and we can arrange a gesture of goodwill on paper rolls for you, should you want to try them out: https://www.poooliprint.com/collections/paper Best regards, Julia from the PoooliPrint Team
