Canceled order at 8am. They shipped it 12 hours later and want to charge a 25$ fee because it shipped. Very bad customer service.

Don’t bother paying the additional shipping, always some excuse why they couldn’t meet the original eta listed in the first email. Both orders won’t be arriving tomorrow as expected... gotta wait until Monday. The sad part is I called this morning because I still hadn’t received any tracking yet. The rep was able to provide tracking numbers (labels were just created) for both orders after I asked but wasn’t able to confirm it was going to arrive as expected. “I’d need to call in after I have received delivery to speak to someone about my concern with paying the additional $34.95 per order for 2nd day air”. She assured me it was still possible for tomorrow’s delivery even though the both orders were still in processing 2 days after the order was placed. Well UPS confirmed it, they missed the window, nice work... I guess I’ll take another day off of work to complete my project. Don’t commit to a delivery take if you can’t come through.

BE WARNED! Pool Supply World may have "decent" prices but that is the ONLY thing good about this company and it is definitely not worth their HORRIBLE customer service. Purchased a Pentair IC15 from this company. Anyone that knows anything about pool equipment knows that you can not determine if a salt cell works unless it is installed with water flowing through the cell. I tried to exchange the cell 4 days after receiving it then was informed I had to follow pentairs warranty policy. Tried following pentairs policy only to find out they wanted to send me to my competition to have the cello trouble shot. Called Pool Supply World back and by the time they gave me the run around it was out of their 30day return policy. Imagine that....If they cant support a company that spends thousands of dollars a year then they WONT support anyone.

this company will rip you off , do not trust them. I purchased a standard hose for my pool total price 29.69. the hose does not fit so I wanted to return it. first of all, i need to ship it back on my dime. then they will accept or reject. If they accept they will refund me half of what I paid. nothing was listed online about the size being different. I think they are doing this to many people. Watch out Go with a reputable company
