I returned an item a day after getting it because the fit was not right. They got the item over two weeks ago and have not refunded me. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund you. And for this reason I do not recommend them. They now have my item, and my money, and I now have to pursue a refund via the credit card company. Too much hassle.

Pokemon tcg does not print enough product there for scalptors and bots by everything. You can't get anything on the website, they're helping the scalpers make money and they're spitting on your face, fish head spit on round eyes eyes all the time you're welcome

Viele technische Verfehlungen seitens Pokemon Center, die genau dann passieren, wenn man die "Drops" (Top Trainer Boxen, erwartete Releases usw. vom TCG) bestellen möchte. Man darf 1 Stunde in der Warteschleife verbringen und muss die Seite konstant aktiv lassen, wobei die Zeiten eher willkürlich ermittelt werden, d.h. ein später zugeschaltetes Gerät kann immer noch schneller drankommen. Beim Bestellvorgang stürzt die Seite mehrmals ab, und der Bezahlvorgang endet ebenfalls in einer mehr wie 40 minütigen Warteschleife. Das ist Pokemon Center egal, was der Kunde durchmacht. Selbst wenn die Bezahlung bereits im System verbucht wird, wird darauf mit einem Storno reagiert und der Service hilft einem weniger wie die KI. Auch nach der zweiten Antwort hat die Anrede nicht gestimmt und es wird nicht auf den eigentlichen Request eingegangen. Respektlos. Edit: Nach Eskalation wurde sich zumindest formal entschuldigt. Unprofessionellerweise wurde mir angeboten, ich möge Bescheid geben, wie man mir entgegenkommen könne. Auf Nachfrage hin, kann man natürlich nichts machen, aber sie empfehlen, man könne Newsletter Abonnements abschliessen. Ansonsten wüsste der Service nicht, ob der "limitierte" Artikel wieder verfügbar sein wird (:

So eine kack seite wie kann man Bots soviel Produkte geben aber Leute die 1-2 auswählen direkt unterbrechen! Ich habe auf Bezahlen gedrückt und aufeinmal läd die Seite nur noch was soll der dreck dann schreibt die Zahl hin wie viele es gibt und hört auf mit dieser Hoffnungs mache...

I ordered two magnets from the site. I opened them to find the adhesive they had used had leaked everywhere. It ruined my desk and took several hours to get it off the magnet (it was impossible to get all of it off, and some has transferred to the postcard I used the magnet with, essentially ruining that as well). I posted a negative review about both of them, neither of which have appeared on the site despite it being more than three months ago and Pokemon Center freely using the positive reviews I've given for other items. This company is simply untrustworthy. It's a shame as I really loved Pokemon and have for years, but this has made the brand seem scummy in my eyes.

Auch von mir gern die schlechteste Bewertung die möglich ist. Hatte 2 ttbs bestellt von pokemoncenter Fatale Flammen. Diese wurden am nächsten Tag Storniert. Wären meine ersten gewesen. Andere haben mehr als 10 Stück in ihrer Bude stehen. Hier schaut das System nicht nach, wer hat schon welche über die Adresse. Sollte kein Problem sein bei der aktuellen Technik! Leider hat das Pokemoncenter wirklich nichts zubieten an Produkten und wenn dann nur in einen kleinen Zeitraum. Wo beschäftigte Menschen nicht die Zeit haben ständig zuschauen. Also warum habt ihr den Namen Pokemoncenter? Bitte löscht euch am besten wenn ihr es nichtmal hinbekommst fair zuverkaufen und kaum was zur Auswahl habt!

Spend hours in a queue, finally get to the site and add items to my cart, but cannot checkout as am getting "An error occurred while placing order. Please see I'm having trouble successfully placing an order, and if those steps don't work, please try again later." This is regardless of the item being an in-demand drop, or just a random pack of card sleeves. Others online have stated they've gone to support for assistance on this, and been told 'oh well' and then ghosted when their poor suggestions don't work. The FAQ is worthless, it doesn't work. Trying different cards, different browsers etc. DOES NOT WORK. You try and do the support chat and get told "An agent will join you in 4-7 days 2898 people are waiting ahead of you"... yeah it said that two days ago too. The number hasn't even changed. When support eventually email back to the ticket you raised and asked for multiple updates on, they send you a copy and paste of the FAQ page. The support is utterly atrocious. The only thing I can assume is they don't hire anyone to offer support, just bots and call centre staff who copy and paste FAQ pages, then when you tell them it hasn't worked they go silent and you never get a response. Not to mention multiple times being blocked at checkout with Error 17 or Error 15 (they think I'm a bot), despite them not doing actually anything about bot users who advertise 20+ Pokemon Center ETBs on ebay. All in all, a terribly run website, with even worse customer support

12 boosters ouvert en famille soit 120 carte..... j'y ai perdu 1 bras et 1 oeil, pour 2 EX dégueulasses, les illustration sont horrible, de la 3D ou de l'IA, c'est moche, il faut 5 minutes pour décrypter le pokemon affiché tellement qu'ils sont mal fait ..... à vomir .. et je ne parle pas des taux d'impression .... n'y des scalpeurs.. le monde de pokemon est devenu horrible.
