Extremely fast delivery, even without paying the expedite fee, very cute personalized video for my daughter for her birthday. I'm happy I found this as she will absolutely love her birthday message from her favorite character. 100% recommend without hesitation, no issues whatsoever

Not terrible, but not what I expected. Other than the opening sequence with my daughter photo, the video was not very specific to her occasion. It was just clips from familiar bluey episodes. But my bigger issue is that even after describing the proper pronunciation of my daughter’s name, it was pronounced incorrectly, further adding to the lack of specificity of the video package.

Hi Bob, Thank you for your honest feedback, and I’m really sorry we didn’t meet your expectations, especially regarding the pronunciation of your daughter’s name. We completely understand how important those personal details are. We’d really appreciate the chance to fix this for you. Could you please send us an email at [email protected] so we can follow up directly? We’re happy to remake the video with the corrected name, make it more specific to your occasion, or even offer you another theme if you prefer. We truly want this to feel special for your daughter, and we’re here to make it right if it’s not too late. Thank you again for letting us know.
