We availed the Bluey Birthday greeting. I have read somewhere in the website that we can customize the first paragraph (aside from the 150-character message that you need to include). We got a more personalized message. I did notice that there was very minor grammatical error on my part (going be vs going to be), and requested to update the photo, which they did, with no additional cost. Website said it may take 4 days, but I got mine an hour after placing an order.
