Can't get the 1oz help drops for $22.00, Brown label. Am not happy with other product for $40 some.

I had to search forever for the product I last ordered on your website. I couldn't log in because I couldn't remember my password. When I sent you a message I got a message back that a link or password would be sent to me. It never was and I checked my junk mail numerous times. I've had trouble with your website since my first order and you can count on the fact that as soon as I can find the product I order from you from another seller I will no longer be a customer of yours. Whoever is in charge of your website should be replaced.

I ordered strictly from the website, which is clunky, slow and hard to decipher. My order did not even go through the first time I clicked to order. I could not even find anticipated delivery dates.Thus the 2 star rating. Although this review did not ask ....the order arrived in a reasonable time and is the product that I ordered. I am very satisfied with the product. I would give that a 5 star rating.

Takes a long time to ship and receive delivery for some reason

I paid an extra $30 for one day shipping and it took over a week for my delivery to arrive.

I thought I ordered the goji berry,but received the peppermint, which I’m allergic.

When I received the product, I sent an e-mail to CV Sciences asking about recommended dosages & the relationship of the product/ CV Sciences never bothered to respond. That is pretty shabby service.
