It's not the company, but the product. I tried the trial version that seemed to work initially, however when I purchased the tube later, it seemed to make my dark under eyes worse, and my puffiness worse. :(. I'm not sure if it matters if you use the tube or trial capsules, but unfortunately, I can't get it to work for me.

The pods are impossible to open, I wasted 4 so gar

It did somewhat tighten my face but when I applied foundation on top of it my face looked terrible. It started flaking on my face. Once you make facial expressions it cracks like a glue. I would not recommend it.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry to hear about your experience with Plexaderm and using a Foundation. We're pleased to hear that you feel tightening, this means Plexaderm is working. Instead of applying Plexaderm on top of the foundation. Try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over-tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller-sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. If for some reason that's not solving the issue for you, please give us a call or email us and we'll be more than happy to walk you through additional tips. We hope this helps!

Avoid this company and their products. I tried to order twice, but they canceled my order calling it fraudulent. Their product is terrible, don't buy

When I tried it, it didn't work and I followed the directions. It's actually a con job. They need to close down their operations for good.

Hi Kevin! Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that Plexaderm didn't work for you. We always say practice makes perfect. I just wanted to provide a couple of tips to ensure you consistently receive the maximum results. Make sure you wash and dry your face completely before starting the application. When you do apply, you only need about half the size of a pea for both under-eye areas. And finally, make sure you remain expressionless for at least 10 minutes. If you do these things consistently, you should see more consistent results. If you have any trouble with your application, give us a call and we'll be happy to walk you through more tips!

My wife says that you can see the product under my eyes. I am 100% sure I rub the cream in properly, what am I doing wrong?
