While it’s great to hear it provided some tightening effect, we understand that the burning sensation and white residue are concerning, and the results didn’t last as hoped after moisturizing. However, we understand that even small changes in packaging can sometimes affect how a product dispenses or applies, and this can impact the overall experience. If you’re noticing a dry or flaky residue or a change in effectiveness, we’d love to help troubleshoot this with you. Sometimes the way the product is applied, such as the amount used or how it’s distributed can influence the results. A very thin, even layer usually provides the best outcome, and allowing it to fully dry without movement for 10 minutes can help avoid any residue.
