I WAS APPREHENSIVE
I WAS APPREHENSIVE, BUT THEY MADE EVERYTHING GO SMOOTHLY, I AM JUST GETTING STARTED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS, BUT THE START HAS BEEN A RELIEF.

My advisor was super helpful explaining…
My advisor was super helpful explaining how the program works, what to expect during and after things should be an all around easier softer way. I have high expectations. So far, I have received some correspondence and I feel like they are actually working to help me get out of this stressful situation.

They care we are people.
Jeral was sincere and patient with me. He explained and provided information that I was not given with previous debt management companies. He answered all my questions professionally with honest answers during the onboarding process. This is not an easy decision to make and the people I've spoke with thus far seem to actually care at the human level.
