Hi Deanna! I’m so sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the results, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. To clarify, 3000ppb was our initial claim before third-party testing was completed (Hence what you saw on the screen dispay). The PPB display on the device is designed to estimate hydrogen production based on the cycle and not measure it in real time. We completely understand how this might be confusing, and we’re here to help. We want to assure you that our product has been independently tested and certified by H2 Analytics according to IHSA standards. In fact, lab results showed hydrogen concentration exceeding 3500ppb (4100ppb), verified using gas chromatography, the most precise and reliable method available.
