Reel feel apart. Was told would get a new one but never happened.

They shipped my reel in an envelope. Never had a fishing reel shipped to me in an envelope. That's cheap. I'm having a hard time returning the reel because their customer service is overseas and they don't respond to you till 1 - 3 days later. When you are purchasing they are helpful but if you have an issue or would like to return a product.. It's a pain in the butt.

I have owned some Piscifun baitcasters, the Torrent, Phantom and their newest Phantom X. Really like them, especially at this price. You cannot beat it! Meanwhile, they also have the most excellent customer service in my opinion. I contacted them to ask for a Phantom X handle for my Torrent reel, they replied pretty fast and helped me out very soon. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone!

Took it out on an overnight boat out of San Diego. Help tremendously keeping my tackle together. Much easier loading on the boat with a backpack keeping my hands free to carry my rods.

I have their Honor and Carbon X spinning reels. The price is ridiculous! They're well constructed, very solid and smooth. Out-perform other competitors at the similar price level. I have used their Honor reel for almost 2 years. No complaint.

They make some good products at a price that anyone can afford. Customer service is great too.

I ordered a hs20000 hornet spinning reel by ecooda. I live in Texas from what the customer service rep sent me in the email, they shipped and delivered it in Iowa! They sent me the tracking document so I have asked for my money back or reel to be delivered to my home in Texas I will let everyone know if they comply!

I have 2 of piscifun fly reels now and absolutely love them for the price. they work really well and it's great for my Colorado stream fishing...
