PingPong closely monitors all accounts and account activity to keep our customers and their sales profits safe - at all times. After no response from you for clarification - the measure to block the account was taken, of which you were also contacted and informed. Once the account is blocked and closed, PayPal can take up to 14 days to return those funds. We hope this helps and hate that you were inconvenienced.
