The lamp I bought from Ping Lighting was beautiful and easy to set up. There was an issue with a flickering light switch upon first setting it up, but Ping Lighting replaced it for free even though it was more than two months past the return date. Would definitely purchase from them again!

I have to be honest and say I was a little sceptical and nervous about buying and shipping a fragile product from a foreign country to Australia. I am absolutely thrilled with my PING lighting! At first, I was a little worried as it took quite a while for my order to arrive in Australia, but once I contacted Joy, she was so helpful and kept me updated with the tracking. That gave me the confidence that my delivery was on its way. When the lights finally arrived—oh my goodness—they were even better than I expected! Ping lighting has customer services that was very responsive to e-mails. The parts I was sent for one of the lamps I purchased did not work and they said they would resolve the issue for me by sending me new parts. The light is beautiful and I can't wait to have it installed.
