Absolutely love PicoDIY's work! After seeing all their gorgeous sculpts on Instagram, I knew they would be perfect for creating a figurine of my sibling's FFXIV game character for a gift. She was impeccably sculpted - absolutely gorgeous. They sent me updates along the way to make sure I was satisfied and let me know how the process was going. Shipping was good and the figurine was so carefully packaged to ensure safe travels. I highly recommend PicoDIY's work. So in love with the figurine I received <3

The quality of the work is very good, and it is very patient to explain the progress. The details of the work are perfect. If there is any need next time, I will entrust it.^ ^

Absolutely phenomenal team to work with. I highly recommend them for anything, but especially custom figures. They will make sure that everything is to your liking, and never complain. They put out the best quality work I’ve seen and I’ll definitely be back to commission them again 💖

My figure was crafted with love and care. Had great communication throughout the process, kept me up to date when they started and when it was finished. Had updates throughout the creation of Lyney. I love home to bits would recommend buying from Picodiy. Can’t wait to purchase another figure.
