Hi Jody and thanks for your feedback Picktime providing various type of service when most of them are free an open for the public. This project started to help frustrated people to find an appointment instead of waist their time on the current appointment system. Running the bot cost money. Infrastructure, external systems, maintenance etc.. the donations are used to fund those costs and to allow the bot continue to operate and book more appointments for other peoples. I hope that the bot succeeded to book an appointment for you (:
