I'm a fan
I like the Bronze Booster 24k Gold Medium. This shade is just perfect for my fair skin and it smells really nice. I will purchase again.

Thankful for PayPal
First time purchasing through their website because of their Black Friday sale. I was expecting 8 items to be delivered, but only received three (two of the items were a free gift). I sent an email, no response, and called customer care 15x (no answer). The good news is that I used PayPal to check out, and was able to make a claim and get a refund!

Disappointed ordering from physiciansformula.com.
I generally like Physicians’ Formula products. I’m rating my physiciansformula.com online buying experience...which has been disappointing. Two months later, one lost shipment, the 2nd never delivered, and I’m still waiting for a refund.
