I suffer from many stomach issues, mostly due to chronic illness, that have caused me to take probiotics for years now. I have acid reflux, delayed emptying of the stomach, indigestion, and IBS. Through the years I've noticed probiotics help quite a bit, but about a week after I started Physicians Choice probiotics my symptoms are little to none. I'm honestly amazed! Now when I eat really spicy foods my stomach acts up a little bit, but nothing like before. It is wonderful to not have to go through all of the painful symptoms that I've struggled with for so long now. They would prevent me from going out to eat, going to BBQ's, or simply to a family members house because I would be embarrassed if my IBS started acting up, or my throat and stomach would burn from acid reflux, or indigestion. I am now comfortable on living life, and with having so much of it taken away with chronic illness, that is extremely important to me.
