Phone Club is great. There was no misunderstanding in how to use their service - which is fairly simple and the connections were always right on the 1st try and clear. I would definitely recommend them.

Easy transaction, but one option not available. Jumps from $10 to $20 without a $15 available to choose.

Hi Jules, $2, $5, $10 or $20 are only default to make it easier. You can manually enter any desired amount in the field "Please enter amount" under the values you've mentioned. Hope it helps!

It times it's not clear and will have to keep on recalling when making a call but otherwise your Calling rates are good

Hi Moses, Since you're using the app, please delete and re-install the app. There have been several updates made, so it should work smoothly for you. In case you still experience connection or sound clarity issues, please check your Internet connection. If it's slow that's the cause most probably. Change network (WiFi or 3G/4G) to test that.
