Thought we’d try something different tonight and we are glad we did! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was cozy and our server Andray was the best!

This is the umpteenth time I've gone and everything was excellent, as always. A bit of a wait time, but I'll pass it off, as they had a multitude of walk-ins. Bruce W.

Great birthday dinner for my husband tonight. We used the free appetizer with entree reward and enjoyed lettuce wraps and sesame chicken. The food was delicious and Gerald, our server, was wonderful. He was very attentive and personable and boxed our leftovers up perfectly. Thank you Gerald for sharing in my husband's birthday.

Det var ikke muligt for personalet at finde plads til 2 voksne og 2 børn. Selvom vi med vores øjne kunne tælle mindst 9 borde med plads. 12 ansatte på arbejde til 14 gæster. Vi endte med at bestille “take away” hvor vi sad på stole udenfor restaurant. Fuldstændig latterligt setup. Gordon R. burde rykke ind og rydde op :-) Værst af alt - Maneger var bragende blind for inkompetencen blandt personalet.

[Northlake location in Charlotte, NC]. Don't get my 2-star rating wrong: the food is quite good and the prices (in this day and age) are reasonable. But having to wait 55 minutes to be seated, when my wife and I had a reservation and we arrived on time, is not. We will not go back to this location, certainly only not on a Saturday at 7 PM. The restaurant is also evidently poorly managed: not only reservations were overbooked but several tables for four had only two customers eating (including ours!), the restrooms were filthy, and the from desk attendants were clueless about handling the chaos in the reception area.

Service was excellent and the fire braised short rib was tender and delicious 😋

Tonight was absolutely the worst! I had to go to the bar and yell for someone twice because our waiter never returned. At the end, she never returned to give us boxes of the bill until I called for management!

I only give this restaurant a one star because I have to otherwise, it would be a zero. The staff can be very rude along with management. When you're missing something from your order, they treat you as it's your fault and won't even compensate you for it.
