Dan, thanks for your review. There are occasionally issues with the order and the team does try to reach out via phone and email. If we cannot successfully reach a customer via phone, we typically wait for a response (we leave voicemails and/or wait for a phone call back or email reply). We definitely would not intentionally keep people waiting and keep their money as this business is our livelihood and we are passionate just as you and other hobbyists for the love of aquatics.
