It is easy to order what you want and the service is great. My dog lost its collar with its tags and there was no problem getting a replacement tag. I love this company and knowing I'm helping handicapped people in the job force. I have been ordering from PetTags.com for over 8 years and plan too for many more.

The tags I ordered are bright in color and don't wear or fade! Water resistant and very durable! Would come back for future orders!

Hi, the quality of the pettags is excellent. The problem we had is that the envelope was torn when it arrived and only contained the hooks. The tags were missing. About a week later, a postoffice about 180 miles from us called stating they had found the tags and would mail them to us, which they did. Perhaps the tags could be mailed in stronger envelops so this doesn't happen in the future.

I found PetTags.com , randomly while looking online. They are reasonably priced and they have a wide selection. My dogs tags came within the week! Two maybe three days. And they came with an envelope plus a form to correct the tags if a mistake had been made (which there wasn't.)

Order two dog collar lights on 12/14/14, upgraded shipping so they would arrive before Christmas. They product has not been delivered. Emailed Pet Tags three times, and received no response. Have used this company in the past without any concerns, will never use them again.
