PETTAGS.COMReviews of pettags.com

While I am completely satisfied with the Tag - far more than I expected to be, I was disappointed that I could not have the street address placed on it. I ordered the Tag via e-mail and the PetTag Menu would not allow the full street address - too long (1020 Quartz Creek Road). Other than that, no problem . Completely satisfied. And actually, since this Cat is 'confined' (due to predators in the area) in a Wire Cage (40 x 45 Feet in Size) with other cats, and Harvard is such a small town, the street address really isn't that important. And as it turned out, I actually am quite satisfied with it as is. Would not change it now if offered the opportunity. But thank you for asking. Still a Very Satisfied Customer. /tommy wells - Harvard, Idaho 83834

I have been ordering my pet tags from this company for years. The service had always been impeccable. The small cat tags are the perfect size and very light. The only thing I change is the hook that they provide as they are too heavy and bulky. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a collar about 2 weeks ago and have not yet received it.

The embroidered collars are very nice. My one issue is that first I ordered a medium collar and it was too big for my dog so had to discard it. Then I ordered the small collar and it is about an inch too small so cannot use it either. However, the company is good and the product is nice just that the collars do not fit my dog. Thank you

The only reason I followed thru with the purchase is the quality of the dog collar. I could not get the discount promo code to work on the website. I had to contact customer service who was a answering company that forwarded your problem. After three days I finally found out the discount was applied. Do not expect your order to ship quickly. I received my collar just short of three weeks from placing the order. Pet Tags needs to improve on their processing and shipping time. They do state it takes some time to get your order.

collar led light did'nt work-will try to return
